'EquipoiseCommons started with a humble vision: to share genuine Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Romano kin in 1985, our small family-owned pizza shop began with handed-down recipes passing through the ages.

Marco Romano, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza in her Italian voyages, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. Once she returned to the UK, her mission was to reproduce that authentic Italian pizza magic, maintaining original techniques and sourcing top-notch ingredients.

From our early days as a simple 12-seater eatery, we've become a cherished cornerstone of local dining, never straying from our dedication to excellence and tradition. We faithfully follow wood-oven baking, prepare our dough each day, and prioritize the best ingredients available.

'EquipoiseCommons' is still held by the family, with the new generation of the Romano clan at the helm of our devoted crew. While we've adapted some newer approaches, our core remains intact: making delectable, genuine pizzas that unite folks.
