Thank you for ordering from EquipoiseCommons. We pride ourselves on offering delicious pizza and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website equipoisecommons.sbs.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 10 minutes of placing the order. After this period, given the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Refunds

Refunds are typically processed in the original method of payment. To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us within 2 hours of the order being delivered or picked up. We will then assess your refund request based on issues such as incorrect items delivered, missing items, or unsatisfactory product quality.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Shipping

As we offer only freshly cooked food, we do not ship products. Consequently, issues related to shipping do not apply to transactions with EquipoiseCommons.
